Fascia Installation & Replacement
The fascia board is where your gutters attach to your home — a vital part of your roof system that gets overlooked until it starts to fail. We install and wrap fascia in premium aluminum coil built for WNY weather.
What It Is & Why It Matters
The fascia board runs along the lower edge of your roofline — the eave — and serves as the point where your gutters attach to your home. It’s typically made of wood, or wood behind a metal wrap, and it does several important jobs that most homeowners never think about.
Because it sits directly behind your gutters and is constantly exposed to runoff, moisture, and WNY freeze-thaw cycles, fascia is one of the most vulnerable parts of your home’s exterior. We wrap our fascia installations in a premium aluminum coil that seals out moisture and protects the board underneath for decades.
Warning Signs
Fascia damage often starts silently — behind your gutters where you can’t easily see it. By the time it’s visible, the rot or damage has usually been building for months. If you notice any of the following, it’s time to call us.
If your gutters are pulling away from the house or visibly sagging, the fascia board behind them may have softened from rot and can no longer hold the fasteners.
Any visible rot, softness, or discoloration on the fascia board indicates moisture has penetrated the wood. Rotting fascia spreads to adjacent boards and rafters if left unaddressed.
Aluminum coil wrap that is fading, peeling, or pulling away is no longer protecting the wood underneath. Rewrapping before rot sets in is far less expensive than full replacement.
Gutters that keep pulling away from the fascia — even after rehinging — usually indicate the fascia board itself has deteriorated and needs to be replaced before new gutters go up.
How We Do It
We don’t just replace fascia boards and leave them exposed. Every fascia installation we do is wrapped in premium aluminum coil — a proven method that seals the board from moisture, resists freeze-thaw damage, and eliminates the need to paint or treat the fascia ever again.
We inspect the existing fascia for rot, moisture damage, and structural integrity before any work begins.
Damaged fascia boards are carefully removed along with your gutters, which are reinstalled after the new fascia is in place.
New fascia board is installed to spec, then wrapped in premium aluminum coil for a durable, moisture-resistant finish.
Your gutters go back up on the new fascia — properly pitched, securely fastened, and ready for whatever WNY weather brings.

The Full Picture
Your fascia doesn’t exist in isolation — it’s the connecting piece between your roof system, your gutter system, and your soffits. When one fails, it stresses the others. That’s why many of our customers combine fascia, gutter, and soffit work into a single project for both efficiency and savings.
